Terms and
Conditions for Post Graduate Diploma Course (in Psycho-oncology) Enrollment
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before enrolling in our online
course. By proceeding with the enrollment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: You must hold a bachelor’s degree
in psychology or a related field from a recognized institution/university.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the online
course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms
and conditions.
3. Course Access: Your enrollment grants you access
to the course content for the specified duration. Any unauthorized access or use of the
course materials beyond the agreed-upon period is strictly prohibited.
4. User Account: You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under
your account are your sole responsibility.
5. Misuse and Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized
sharing of course materials, login credentials, or any attempt to access the course without
proper enrollment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your
access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property: All course materials,
including but not limited to text, videos, images, and assessments, are the intellectual
property of the course provider. All course materials, lectures, and resources provided as
part of the program are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced
and/or distributed sale and/or without permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution,
or public display of any course content is strictly prohibited, and company shall entitle to
take appropriate legal actions.
7. Piracy and Copyright Infringement: Engaging in
piracy, unauthorized distribution, or reproduction of course materials is a violation of
copyright law. The company shall entitle to take appropriate legal actions in case of any
piracy and/or infringement. You expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless company with
respect to any third-party claims, actions, litigations, matters etc., arising out of such
Piracy and/or Infringement.
8. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself
in a respectful and professional manner in all interactions within the online course. Any
form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary
action, including expulsion from the course.
9. Refund Policy: The enrollment fees/amount is/are
non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be provided in case you drop out from
the course.
10. Limitation of Liability: In any event, the
liability of the company including financial or otherwise, shall be limited to the
fees/amount paid by you and shall not exceed the paid amount.
11. Technical Requirements: It is your
responsibility to ensure that your computer and internet connection meet the technical
requirements for accessing the online course. The course provider is not responsible for any
technical issues on your end.
12. Data Privacy: Your personal information will be
handled in accordance with the privacy policy. The course provider will not disclose your
information to third parties without your consent.
13. Updates and Modifications: The course provider
reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your
responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
14. Termination of Access: The course provider
reserves the right to terminate your access to the course at any time for violation of these
terms and conditions, policies etc., without prior notice and without providing a
refund.
15. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction: These terms
and conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of India applicable from time to time. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any matter, claims, actions, demands, suits,
disputes arising out of this terms and conditions.
16. Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any
personal or professional consequences arising from participation in the program.
17. Amendments: The company reserves the right to
make changes/amendments to the program structure, curriculum, schedule, terms-conditions or
any other aspect of the program as deemed necessary.
By enrolling in the online course, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms
and conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of the course.
