Post Graduate Diploma in Menopause Management (PGDMM)

The Postgraduate Diploma in Menopause Management (PGDMM) is a pioneering, blended-learning program designed to replace the traditional, fragmented approach to midlife health with a cohesive, evidence-based model. We recognise that menopause is not a singular event but a complex, multi-system transition. Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that hormonal shifts trigger a cascade of changes affecting cardiovascular integrity, bone density, cognitive function, and emotional stability.

To address these complexities, the PGDMM is built upon five foundational pillars – menopausal physiology, diet and nutrition, exercise and yoga, mental health and lifestyle - moving beyond "one-size-fits-all" approach to deliver precision-based clinical interventions.

This ground breaking, evidence based program designed to train clinicians and allied professionals to deliver holistic care that restores function, reduces symptom burden, and improves long-term health for midlife women.
